Refund policy

Refunds

We have a 30 day cancellation policy, which means you have 30 days before your course to cancel if you wish to do so. You will receive a full refund within 2 weeks. If you cancel after this, we will not be able to issue a refund. 

If you have booked onto a course within 30 days of it being run, you will have 5 business working days to cancel if you wish to do so and a full refund will be given within 2 weeks. If you cancel outside of this time, you will not receive a refund.

Due to this being a service purchased, we cannot accept returns of kit after the course for any refund.
